Our client is a venture-backed, young startup out of Atlanta that automatically tests the performance of cloud applications using realistic, secure traffic. This exciting approach allows automation to be built quickly, with high code coverage. As the startup moves to the next stage with securing Series A funding, they need help enhancing our experience, product onboarding and brand awareness. Every day they’re brainstorming, researching, experimenting, and solving never before seen problems in bleeding edge tech.

You’ll partner with the company founders to oversee the strategy and execution for growth from the ground up. You are a metrics-obsessed team player with a deep understanding of web strategy, user acquisition and developing PQLs.  As an analytical, data-driven marketer, you’re ideally familiar with product-led growth.

Role Expectations:

  • Develop goals closely with the founders to create lead generation channels Use analytics tools to understand performance so that you can measure attribution, double down on what works and improve.  Run high-impact campaigns and experiments, from idea to execution
  • Forecast, measure, analyze, and report trends in data to obtain marketing and product insights on user behavior
  • Identify best-fit customers by segments, verticals using tools like Google Analytics, ZoomInfo, Hubspot/Salesforce and Ahrefs
  • Leverage insights to drive experiments and growth (website/landing page views, free trials)
  • Generate PQLs (Product Qualified Leads) through highly valuable content, self-serve documentation, and how-to’s for PLG (Product Led Growth)
  • Iteratively eliminate product onboarding friction and increase conversion rates

Required Skills:

  • 4+ years minimum of marketing experience with a proven track record of achieving measurable results 
  • Experience developing initial GTM metrics, lead pipeline and campaigns for pre-Series A startup
  • Experience at SaaS companies, with a focus on Developer/Engineer buyer persona
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Hubspot, Google Analytics; experience with FullStory or Google AdWords is a plus
  • Knowledge of growth marketing fundamentals such as lead generation forms, email marketing, drip campaigns, and deliverability
  • Metrics forecasting experience is a plus – you know your way around a spreadsheet
  • Self-starter that takes initiative and ownership, biased towards action, spots opportunities for improvement
Nice to have:
  • Experience with FullStory or Google AdWords is a plus
  • Metrics forecasting experience is a plus – you know your way around a spreadsheet
