Reason this role is for you:

Our Atlanta-based client has a cutting edge, data-driven analytics platform for marketers to find out which campaigns are most effective by tracking incoming phone calls.

They are looking for a Sr Salesforce Administrator to join the Revenue Operations Team and contribute to and deliver complex, business-impacting projects. You will collaborate with several internal teams to continually improve and enhance the Salesforce platform, gather requirements and feedback, design scalable best practice solutions and manage documentation.

This role reports to the Sr Manager of Go To Market systems and works closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet the changing needs of the business. A self-starter that enjoys a fast-paced (but fun) environment, ready to roll up sleeves and make impact, strong attention to detail, and an ability to work in an agile environment is required.

Role Expectations:

  • Help manage Salesforce configuration changes, including (not limited to):
    • Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, User Management, Roles/Profiles, Permission Sets, Assignment Rules, Approval Process, Custom Fields, Formula Fields, Page Layouts, Record Types, Dynamic Layouts, Custom Setting, Dashboards and Reporting
  • Assist with lead and accounting routing and planning for the Revenue organization
  • Own necessary work related to any account tiering, scoring and maintenance
  • Ensuring we maintain and optimal account distribution and identification process
  • Maintain all Salesforce documentation related to work effort
  • Provide integration support related to all Revenue tools
  • Troubleshoot any system issues
  • Work with large datasets, excel, and systems to ensure data integrity that empowers data-driven decisions

Required Skills:

  • 4+ years of experience in related field – Sales, Revenue or Go-To-Market Operations
  • Salesforce Administrator certification
  • Exceptional knowledge of Salesforce platform customization and automation abilities (e.g. field creation, validation rules, formulas, page layouts, Flows / Process Builder)
  • Experience in B2B SaaS in a high velocity, transactional business model
  • Administration of LeanData or similar tool for routing purposes, certification preferred
  • Ability to execute like a pro and come to the table with creative solutions
