Purpose: New Business Development and Account Management—50/50 Split

As a Business Development Rep | Account Manager your role is sales development as well as account management. To be a success in this role you would have proven sales experience in the staffing and recruiting industry. If you do not have technical staffing skills, then you are open and excited to learn it.

What You Will Do: Responsibilities

  • Develop your own prospect list of leads
  • 80+ reaches a day to prospects, with a mix of calls, emails, and texts
  • Qualify and negotiate prospects and convert to clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Coordinate and consult with clients to understand their needs and provide clear direction to the recruiters
  • Maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain industry knowledge and get referrals
  • Crush your quota goals
  • Database documentation


  • 3+ years of professional experience with a proven track record of success
  • 2+ years of sales experience selling staffing or service solutions
  • Experience executing high volume cold calling and outreach
  • Staffing industry experience, IT experience would be ideal
  • Proven experience working in a metrics driven environment
  • Experience doing full cycle sales from leads, to closing, then managing
  • Excellent qualifying and negotiation skills
  • Exceptionally customer service oriented
  • Experience building own leads lists and targeting own prospects
  • Technology skills working with a variety of tools and platforms
  • Strong written and verbal skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working within a CRM or ATS System 
  • Experience working out of Google Drive 
  • Social media savvy or marketing and automation skills 
  • Well versed with computers and is a typer and a talke


  • IT Staffing and Recruitment experience
  • Must live in southeastern region of United States
  • Must be resourceful, driven, and self motivated
