Purpose: New Business Development and Account Management—70/30 Split

What You Will Do: Responsibilities

  • LMAS - Leadership, Management, Accountability, & Sales
  • Grow revenues through your team and your own personal production
  • Head up the leadership team meetings
  • Good at finding resolutions and negotiating conflict
  • Implement and enhance territory alignments, quota performances, and compensation plans, commission calculations and payouts
  • Ensure ATS are being utilized accurately and efficiently
  • Manage to sales reporting tools to increase effectiveness of sales and recruiting teams
  • Hiring and firing of production team
  • Metrics tracking and reporting for leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or other related field
  • 5+ years over all staffing/recruiting experience ideally with 2+ years of technical industry
    experience
  • 2+ years of experience growing and managing a sales/production team including
    territory development, accountability management, and coaching
  • A proven track record of successfully growing a team by tangible, measurable results
  • Must be strong or advanced in Google sheets and Excel
  • Confident and capable of managing a remote team—through systems and processes
  • Trained and executed on data analysis and performance metrics tracking
  • Technology proficient in G-Suite technologies, CRM’s, ATS’s and able to learn and pick up new technical tools easily
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Must have an executor mentality
  • Ability to work independently and is highly self motivated
  • Strong sense of urgency with a demonstrated record of meeting commitments

Non-Negotiables

  • IT Staffing and Recruitment experience
  • Must live in southeastern region of United States
  • Must be resourceful, driven, and self motivated
