Purpose: Headhunt passive technologists for cutting edge technology positions

Responsibilities
- Research and find qualified technology talent for open positions with our clients
- 80+ reaches a day to prospects, with a mix of calls, emails, and texts
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships
- Coordinate and consult with Account Managers to understand the needs of the position to be able to effectively fill it
- Resourceful in creative search techniques
- Maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain industry knowledge and get referrals
- Continually learns and stays up-to-date with technology
- Crush your quota goals
- Database documentation
Qualifications
- 1+ years of staffing and recruitment experience
- Experience or comfortable executing high volume cold calling and outreach
- Good qualifying and negotiation skills
- Extremely customer service oriented with consistent follow-up and follow-through
- Technology skills working with a variety of tools and platforms
- Experience or comfortable working in a metrics driven environment
- Strong written and verbal skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience working within a CRM or ATS System
- Experience working out of Google Drive
- Social media savvy
- Well versed with technology and is a typer and a talker
Non-Negotiables
- IT Staffing and Recruitment experience
- Must live in southeastern region of United States
- Must be resourceful, driven, and self motivated
