Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Purpose: Cold Call and outreach to qualified prospects to convert to meetings to set up for Account Managers

Responsibilities

  • Develop your own prospect list of 100’s of leads ongoing
  • 100+ reaches a day to prospects, with a mix of calls, emails, and texts
  • Qualify prospects to set appointments for Account Managers
  • Database documentation
  • Develop and maintain email campaigns
  • Social media positioning and engagement

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of professional work experience
  • 1+ years of sales or marketing experience
  • Experience executing high volume cold calling and outreach
  • Comfortable working in a metrics driven environment
  • Experience building own leads lists and targeting own prospects
  • Technology skills working with a variety of tools and platforms
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Self motivated and driven

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working within a CRM or ATS System
  • Experience working out of Google Drive
  • Develop and maintain email campaigns
  • Social media positioning and engagement
  • Well versed with computers and is a typer and a talker
