JOB TITLE

Sales Manager / Operations Manager

Purpose: Execute the vision and mission of Elev8 through people and process management. You will manage a team of 4 producers in recruiting and sales and our goal is to grow the team and the product offerings. Specific job duties will include hiring, onboarding, managing people, so they consistently execute the agreed on processes and procedures. You will be responsible for day to day execution on deliverables, and key metrics. You will work with the CEO, to learn the recruiting and staffing business. You will bring to the role past performance of growing and scaling a small business through people and process.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the CEO to develop performance goals and long-term operational plans
  • Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for our key initiatives
  • Coach, develop, mentor, and grow current staff
  • Lead regular production meetings
  • Plan, track, monitor, and analyze key metrics for day-to-day performance of the operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
  • Build and maintain relationships with all clients, prospects, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals
  • Devise strategies to ensure growth of programs company-wide, identifying and implementing process improvements that will maximize output and minimize costs
  • Uphold organization policies and standards, ensuring regulations are followed
  • Work closely with the CEO to lead with integrity and establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment
  • Hiring and firing responsibilities of all production employee
  • Build out career development initiatives and ongoing training programs 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or other related field
  • 4+ years of experience growing and managing a sales/production team 
  • 4+ years of operations management experience with a proven track record of successfully growing an organization by tangible, measurable efficiency improvements and implementation of all procedures and policies 
  • Experience building out sales territories and new divisions
  • Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics tracking
  • Experienced at forecasting and trend development from historic data
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Must have an executor mentality

Preferred Skills

  • Proven ability to develop innovative solutions for increased productivity
  • Experience with Linkedin, Google Drive, Bullhorn, and other technology applications
  • Staffing industry experience, nice to have but not a must
