Director of Technology Operations
Our client is looking for an experienced and visionary Director of Technology Operations to provide strategic leadership and oversee all aspects of our technology infrastructure and operations. As the Director, you will be responsible for managing production operations, incident response, cloud services, database management, CI/CD pipelines, and change advisory board responsibilities. Your role will be critical in ensuring the stability, scalability, and efficiency of our systems while driving continuous improvement and innovation across the organization.

Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, ITIL, CISSP) are preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology operations and infrastructure management.
- Proven track record in incident response, problem resolution, and root cause analysis.
- Hands-on experience managing cloud services, specifically in AWS environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in database management, performance tuning, and backup strategies.
- Experience with implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
Technical/Tools Skills:
- Proficiency in managing AWS services, including EC2, RDS, S3, VPC, and IAM.
- Strong skills in using Splunk for log analysis, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Datadog for real-time monitoring, alerting, and performance analytics.
- Experience in incident management tools and platforms for tracking and resolving incidents.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
- Proficiency in MySQL and related tools for database administration and query optimization.
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash) for automation and tool integrations.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
