Role Expectations: 

• Leading the roll out of Oracle PLM (2-5 year project)
• Analyze user requirements and needs, procedures, and problems to automate and improve process and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations
• Solve complex process problems and provide solutions based on specialized and internal knowledge to arrive at an overall solution design.
• Contribute knowledge in facilitating user meetings and workshops and providing inputs on specific requirements.
• Define and provide regular status reporting to the commercial and IT organization leaders and related stakeholders.
• Works with Product Management, Product Marketing, Project Managers, Sales leaders and support teams, and/or other professionals to evaluate, define, and/or design work solutions and project specifications.
• Coordinates and maintains multiple concurrent project activities and work streams with the Oracle project team, such as needs analysis, process flow, schedule, timelines, and hosting team meetings. Ensure the project team members are completing deliverables in alignment with the timelines.
• Inspects project work for compliance with work specifications, process change orders, and evaluates the project results to ensure the scope of work has been completed.
• Analyzes issues or problems related to planning, implementing, or completing project work and develops and implements solutions.9. Confers with management and provides advice on the potential impacts of projects such as those related to a new process, ways of working, new workflows and regulatory compliance.
• Implement, monitor and improve business processes that support the Oracle PLM, implementation, PMO group and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.
• Provide business updates on project status, resource needs, risks, and decisions to be escalated

Required Skills:

• 2+ years PLM Project Management experience
• 3+ years working as PLM team member managing product data and schema
• 1+ full cycle Oracle Cloud PLM implementation
• Ability to lead change and teams comprised of individuals with diverse backgrounds
• Develop and administer PLM Product management project budgets and analyze expenditures related to assigned projects
